South Coast Chorale is excited to be the first mixed-voice choir to present Disney PRIDE in Concert, an all-new multimedia live production created by Disney Concerts for performance by LGBTQ+ choirs. Full of your favorite tunes from Disney films and theme parks, the concert will include projected video clips from several animated films, a 24-piece orchestra, and personal stories from our singers.

This will also mark the final performance of Artistic Director Chris Smith, who is stepping down after 12 seasons. It is sure to be a fun and energetic yet bittersweet musical celebration!

Whether you recently sang with us or if it has been some time, you are invited to come share the stage with Chris & SCC one more time as we sing the magic and music of Disney.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals for the Disney PRIDE concert will start on Monday, February 26 and many rehearsals can be attended virtually (via Zoom). Singers will be expected to memorize this concert and part recordings will be available for you to learn the music at home.
