South Coast Chorale begins its 29th season with HOME, a concert honoring those who have lived and died on the streets. With songs from a variety of styles and genres, the concert will also feature the Southern California premiere of Street Requiem. This multi-movement piece is a contemporary twist on the traditional Requiem, featuring a modern setting of the Latin text, enhanced with English, African and Persian lyrics.  Join the 50-voice chorale, two guest soloists and a 14-piece orchestra as they share a gift of peace, remembrance and hope for communities and individuals affected by homelessness and violence on the streets.

A portion of each ticket sold will be donated to select local organizations committed to helping members of the homeless community.
